Order

Which payment methods do we accept?
At GRND Gymwear you can choose from: Maestro / Bancontact / Mastercard and Visa.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
Our stock is regularly replenished, but be sure to let us know if you are looking for an item in a certain color/size that is no longer in stock! We will then look as soon as possible to make this article available again (if possible). Because the desired item is not in stock, it may take a few days longer before it is sent.

Can I track the order?
All packages are sent via DPD.
When the order is sent, you will receive a track and trace link with which you can follow the order.

Return

What can you return?
Any product can be returned within 14 days of receipt. This is as long as it is in its original condition, shows no signs of wear and still has the original labels.
How do you return a product?
1. Contact us at info@grnd.be with the reason for return, we will then email you a return label.
2. Place the items to be returned in their original condition and packaging in a box.
3. Please include the completed return form.
4. Print the received return label and stick it clearly on the box.
5. Deliver the package to the post office.
6. Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place.
Can you exchange a returned item?
You can return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the item of your choice. The amount of the returned item will be refunded to your account upon receipt.
Costs for returning? The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or incorrectly delivered? We will then reimburse these costs afterwards.

Refund

What and when do we pay back?
We will refund your order within 14 days of cancellation. This amounts to the full purchase amount.

NB! Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? We will then contact you.
